Vision Of Founder
Raymond is the founder and major shareholder of Ideanation Group, a consulting group comprising companies such as People Systems Consultancy, Easy Consulting, GEM Systems and PSC Technologies . This group of companies have been involved in consulting for almost 20 years, handling Multinational Strategic Reviews, Government Agencies and Ministries with framework development and strategies, local corporations and GLCs with Balanced Score Card development and KPI implementation corporate wide.
Raymond has over 25 years of experience, he specializes in ESG and management consulting, focusing on strategic growth and revenue increase, as well as Governance Structures and workable frameworks that solve business problems and help scale businesses. He has also been involved in business transformation across both public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and a certification in Leading Sustainable Corporations from the University of Oxford.
He has consulted with organisations including the Sibelco , Ramunia, Tupperware Group, Yamaha, Osram, Malaysian Navy, Telekom Malaysia, Maybank, and CIMB, helping drive performance, governance and strategy . Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Raymond focuses on enabling clients to achieve business targets and implement effective transformation strategies. In addition, Raymond has served on multiple boards including the Malaysia China Business Council, SME Malaysia, and SEDIC, contributing to governance and the execution of key national and industry initiatives. He is also the author of two books on financial literacy.
